Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified behavioral therapists and analysts
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments of potential candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations for recruitment purposes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or education sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
