Director of SOP & New Trainings

LBAPS is seeking a Director of SOP & New Trainings with a strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) background to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide standard operating procedures and staff training programs. This role is key to ensuring consistent, high-quality clinical and operational practices across all programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Design and oversee onboarding, compliance, and ongoing staff training programs.
  • Ensure all procedures align with ABA best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify training needs.
  • Monitor program quality and training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (BCBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience in clinical or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver staff training programs.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
