Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and payroll processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. You’ll manage a growing billing team, oversee accurate payroll, and ensure billing is compliant, timely, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to insurance and Medicaid.

Oversee payroll across multiple states, working closely with HR and Finance.

Manage and mentor billing team members; set goals and conduct performance reviews.

Resolve billing and payroll issues; ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

Prepare billing metrics and payroll reports for leadership.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field perferred .

Experience in billing/payroll, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Healthcare or ABA billing experience preferred.

Knowledge of Medicaid, private insurance, and payroll compliance perferred .

Proficiency in billing/payroll systems (e.g., CentralReach, ADP, QuickBooks).
