BCBA's/ LBA's

What You'll Do

Supervision of treatment

Provide supervision of experience for BCBA pursuing certification. Provide supervision of treatment plan implementation for certified and non-certified direct care providers.

Training

Provide training to staff and families on treatment plans, including the use of standardized training curricula. Provide or collaborate on training within LBAPS and the community.

We have three opportunites for hire

A paraprofessional at LBAPS is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. RBTs work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.
