BCBA's/ LBA's
What You'll Do
Supervision of treatment
Provide supervision of experience for BCBA pursuing certification. Provide supervision of treatment plan implementation for certified and non-certified direct care providers.
Training
Provide training to staff and families on treatment plans, including the use of standardized training curricula. Provide or collaborate on training within LBAPS and the community.

- Are you looking for a position where you see progress happen in real life? Where you get to watch children master their goals? If so, then a position within LBAPS ABA program is for you! We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians or Paraprofessionals (with a high school diploma) for our growing program.

- A paraprofessional at LBAPS is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. RBTs work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.
RBT’s & Paraprofessionals
- Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
- Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress. Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.
- Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.

Talent Acquisition Specialist: Location (Varies)
A talent acquisition specialist at LBAPS is an individual of leadership who is the vital communicator between LBAPS and potential candidates for hire.
- Source and track potential candidates through online channels.
- Assess potential candidate& resumes
- Conduct virtual interviews.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Provide job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s.
- Oversee in-person recruitment events.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Maintain an adequate relationship with the hiring manager.
- Assist with new hire onboarding process and training.
- Work on outreach for potential candidates
- Previous experience in ABA Therapy
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Previous work experience in a Talent Acquisition or related role
- Experience with recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Working well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to step in and be proactive.
