LBAPS is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to oversee billing collections and ensure timely, accurate reimbursement for services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or behavioral health billing and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the collections process.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with billing, finance, and administrative teams to resolve payment issues.
- Review claims denials and ensure proper follow-up and resubmission.
- Maintain compliance with payer regulations and internal policies.
- Generate reports on collection performance and financial trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and collections in the healthcare or ABA field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing, EOBs, and payer systems.
- Proven ability to lead a team and meet collection goals.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
