Overview

As America’s Most Trusted Source for ABA Services, LBAPS is seeking a highly driven Tech Implementation Lead & Project Team Builder to take ownership of our internal systems and technology initiatives across multiple states.

This is a high-impact, corporate-level role for a logical, solutions-focused leader who can bring structure to complex projects, ensure execution, and build a team to support long-term growth. You will bridge the gap between operations, finance, clinical teams, and technical systems—ensuring that every tool we implement delivers real results.


The Opportunity

LBAPS is investing heavily in technology—from AI-driven intake systems to automation platforms and internal tools. Your mission is to ensure these projects are not only launched, but successfully implemented, adopted, and optimized.

You will take stalled or incomplete initiatives, bring clarity and direction, and drive them through to full execution—while building the infrastructure and team needed to scale.


Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Own and drive multiple tech implementation projects simultaneously
  • Rescue stalled initiatives and ensure successful completion
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes

Operations & Technology Integration

  • Translate technical processes into clear workflows for staff
  • Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and operations
  • Oversee implementation of CRM systems, automation tools, and internal platforms

Financial & Operational Impact

  • Design systems with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and revenue impact
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and unnecessary expenses
  • Improve communication between billing, finance, and operations

Leadership & Team Building

  • Recruit, train, and manage a growing implementation team
  • Establish clear processes, accountability, and performance standards
  • Foster collaboration across departments (clinical, finance, compliance)

Change Management

  • Lead system adoption across teams with clarity and structure
  • Simplify complex processes for end users
  • Support staff through transitions to new tools and workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading projects from concept through full implementation
  • Strong operational and financial understanding (finance/collections background a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership ability
  • Experience working with CRM systems, automation tools, or internal software platforms
  • Ability to remain calm, structured, and solutions-focused under pressure
