LBAPS is looking for a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of health and wellness professionals. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing patients with a variety of behavioral and emotional disorders and creating individualized treatment plans. The BCBA should have patience and empathy to work with a population of clients that includes individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, brain injuries, emotional control issues and more. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a record of effective behavior modification.
Job Description
– Provide ongoing support for students.
– Conduct functional behavior assessments.
– Write and maintain positive behavior support plans.
– Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress.
– Attend weekly staff meetings.
– Develop and conduct staff trainings.
