**Job Description:**
Make a difference in students’ lives! We are seeking dedicated ABA Paraprofessionals to support our clients’ academic and social growth. You will provide individualized or group instruction in a non-classroom setting. Cases are available in Brooklyn, Queens, Monsey, Staten Island, Five Towns, Verona, NJ and Clifton NJ.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and educate students outside of the classroom
* Develop and implement lesson plans for various academic levels
* Set academic goals and milestones with students
* Track and share progress reports
* Offer constructive feedback to students
**Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or related fields preferred
* Ability to connect with students
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
