Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with daily administrative tasks to support overall office operations. – Manage schedules, organize files, and prepare documents for departments. – Communicate effectively with team members and clients for smooth workflows. – Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is operational. – Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge pertinent to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are preferred. – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic office equipment. – Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 27-50 per hour
