Position Summary
The HR Representative will play a key role in supporting daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This person will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee data updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help implement HR initiatives and policies to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with performance evaluations, employee recognition programs, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to support company culture and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Preferred:
- Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy organizations.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms.
