Position Summary

The HR Representative will play a key role in supporting daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This person will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR record management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee data updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help implement HR initiatives and policies to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with performance evaluations, employee recognition programs, and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support company culture and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
    • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, confidentiality, and compliance.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy organizations.
    • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms.
