In-House Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven In-House Recruiter to join our healthcare A.B.A. company located in the heart of Midwood. Our agency specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (A.B.A.) services to individuals with healthcare needs. As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building a talented team of sales professionals and staff members, both licensed and unlicensed, who are passionate about delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified sales professionals and staff members.

– Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

– Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

– Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, such as job fairs, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

– Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to supplement internal recruitment efforts when necessary.

– Coordinate and participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the agency.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

– Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or A.B.A. industry.

– Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

– Strong understanding of sales and healthcare services, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit within our agency’s culture.

– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

– Professional certification in human resources or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
