Key Responsibilities:
▪ Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
▪ Implementing behavior analytic interventions and monitoring their effectiveness
▪ Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
▪ Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
▪ Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
▪ Current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst
▪ In-depth knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
▪ Strong organizational and time management abilities
